When I say I couldn't imagine using another agent, I mean just that. Over the years Jennifer and Butch have sold 3 of our primary residences, 2 investment properties and helped us buy 2 homes. Not only are they thorough and super knowledgeable, but they also have their clients' best interest at heart while operating with absolute integrity. Jennifer priced our most recent home just right. We received multiple offers, including a same day offer and sold our home for $25k above list price. If that wasn't enough, they somehow managed to get us to closing in just 2 weeks! The whole process was smooth and stress-free. We are also always grateful for the professional network they have established and the amazing referrals they give us to take care of everything along the way. Jennifer was knowledgeable, available, and proactive during the house buying process. Jennifer provided clarity and oriented me to the house buying process from the get go. Jennifer was willing to go the extra mile to provide a good house hunting experience. Jennifer also makes a good team with her husband, Butch, to navigate closing and inspections. Butch, who has many decades in the construction business, is able to provide an added layer of expertise and knowledge to best prepare and empower potential buyers. Even months after the closing of the home purchase, Jennifer has remained available and helpful.

Jennifer and Butch helped us to sell my Sister-in-laws townhouse. Their expert advice in identifying needed repairs and finding contractors to complete them was incredible. This along with their advice on pricing and timing the sale was spot on and critical in maximizing net income from the sale. Their advice in dealing with the HOA and arranging for remote signing of documents kept the closing on schedule. Having dealt with several real estate agents in the buying and selling of our own and children’s homes over 30 years, I am confident in saying they are among the best.
