It was a pleasure to work with with Jennifer for the purchase of our first house! Jennifer and Butch helped us to sell my Sister-in-laws townhouse. Their expert advice in identifying needed repairs and finding contractors to complete them was incredible. This along with their advice on pricing and timing the sale was spot on and critical in maximizing net income from the sale. Their advice in dealing with the HOA and arranging for remote signing of documents kept the closing on schedule. Having dealt with several real estate agents in the buying and selling of our own and children’s homes over 30 years, I am confident in saying they are among the best.
