Jennifer and her team were great! She recently guided us through the home selling process (we just closed on Dec. 4th). This is actually our second time working with Jennifer as she was the agent who originally sold me the house 6 years ago. Each time we got to a decision point in the process, Jennifer always gave good advice and helped us to see the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Having worked with Jennifer as both a buyer and seller, I can say that Jennifer and her team have been wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and we WILL use her in the future!

Jennifer kept in touch with me for years just checking in to see when I was ready to buy. She gave me info on home buying classes. Throughout the process she was patient, knowledgeable and great to work with. Yasmine was phenomenal as well. Between Yasmine and Jennifer we must've traveled throughout Maryland and most times on the same day. Yet they were always smiling, positive and upbeat. Butch was equally phenomenal. We first worked with Jennifer in 2015-16 when we began looking to buy a home, and she helped us navigate and better understand all areas of an immensely complex process, from start to finish. In 2020 we got in touch again about selling our property, and with her help it was under contract at full asking price less than a week after it went on the market. In both cases, buying and selling, she and her team were transparent, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic communicators. We always felt like we were in great hands with her -- she would give us the guidance and advice we needed while ensuring we felt in complete control of our timeframe and options. She was also great when it came to advocating for what we wanted and didn't want. In the end, she helped us make a terrific first home purchase, she made sure everything went well with the remodeling we did, and when we came back to sell she helped us get an unbeatable price for the home we loved. Jennifer and the Dela-cruz team helped my wife and I buy our first home. We were looking for a couple of years during the COVID pandemic madness when the market was insanely competitive. Throughout the process, Jennifer was there to answer all my questions and provide a first time homebuyer with considerable knowledge about the market in the area. I am someone who is rather thorough and and worried about every little detail, so I had MANY questions I bombarded Jennifer and her team with, and they were able to swiftly and kindly answer them. That is one particular strength I notice time and time again with Jennifer and her team, was how responsive they have been over the years we were house hunting. There were weekend nights were I could call with questions and concerns and she and/or her husband Butch would pick up and happily take the time to answer/address them. We went under contract for a house finally in the summer of 2022. Jennifer and her team made the process very smooth, despite all my concerns and uncertainties. They have a good list of lenders and inspectors they recommend, and they were able to get us a solid rate despite interest rates rising. The day before closing during our final walkthrough of the house, we actually found a mold/moisture spot that was not found during the inspection. Despite me worrying up a storm, Jennifer worked with us and the seller's agent, and they were able to get a contractor out the night before closing to cut out the drywall and fix the source of moisture. Jennifer and her team demonstrated dedication to her clients, considerable patience and understanding. They possess the knowledge, skills, and network to handle just about any issue that may come up during the home buying and closing process. I couldn't recommend the Dela-cruz team enough! Thanks for helping us get our first home!
